Do you have Afterpay?

We do have Afterpay, but only for Australian customers. Unfortunately, with the way Shopify is set up, Australian businesses can only offer Afterpay to local customers.

What other "Buy Now Pay Later" (BNPL) options do you offer for non-Australians?

Currently the only international option that we offer is PayPal's "Pay in 4". As the name implies, this service splits your purchase into four payments; the first of which you pay on the spot. The next three payments are due once every two weeks. 

How do I use PayPal's "Pay in 4" ?

To access this option you simply checkout with PayPal, select "PayPal Pay in 4" and complete your purchase. Most international (and Australian) customers should be able to use this service. However, PayPal may not offer this option to everyone. If you are not receiving this as an option, feel free to email us at hello@zekeslunchbox.com and we will sort something out.

Why don't you offer more BNPL services?

As you may know there are a variety of BNPL options out there now. What you may not know is that they are all region specific. As an Australian business we are not able to offer Afterpay to customers outside of Australia, and there are many BNPL services that we aren't able to offer at all (e.g. Shop Pay Installments and Affirm). As the BNPL sector matures, we will begin to include more options. For now PayPal's "Pay in 4" is your best bet.

Regular payment options won't work due to the country I'm in. How do I pay you?

We understand that some countries are currently being excluded from credit card payment systems (e.g. Russia). We do offer a "bank deposit" option. Simply select it from the payment option. You will then receive instructions on how to pay us directly. Note that this process is not automated. You will need to pay us through your bank before we send you your order.

More broadly speaking, we don't believe that excluding any countries citizens from engaging with the world is fair or effective. So, within the realms of legal conduct we will go out of our way to make sure you can purchase from us.
