How long is postage?

All shipping on the Zeke’s Lunchbox shop is made through Australia Post with standard shipping costs and times provided by Aus Post. Depending on the time of year it will take up to 1 - 3 days for your package to be dispatched.


(Local) Australia - Letters, 2 - 4 business days. Packages 4 - 6 business days. (Times exclude December holiday season).

(International) Everywhere Else - Letters 6 - 8 business days. Packages 6 - 12 business days. Arrival time may depend on local customs. (Times exclude December holiday season).

Do you have tracking?

Unfortunately, I do not offer tracking on all packages. The only tracking I offer are for package orders within Australia and original paintings shipped within Australia & International. If you would like to arrange tracking on your order please email to organise. hello@zekeslunchbox.com

Lost mail, damaged or wrong item

In the event that your package or letter has not been received in the allocated time frame or an item is damaged or you received a wrong item please immediately email - hello@zekesluncbox.com to organise a refund or a replacement of your order.

We are not responsible for 3rd party mail systems in the event mail was mishandled. All orders are hand packed and appropriate packaging is used with all order.

Refunds& Exchanges

Proof of purchase is required to be eligible for possible refunds & exchange. Item(s) need(s) to be in new condition to be eligible for refunds & exchange. We reserved the right to deny exchange or refund if the item is not fit for re-sell. Refunds & exchange are only applicable within the first 10 days of purchase, or 10 days from the date it was delivered to you. No refunds or exchange on sale items.
